Virtual Academy Partner Support Representative
Position Summary
This position is responsible for building relationships with current partners, striving for 100% renewal rate. As well as ensures partners are satisfied on an ongoing basis with the services of Virtual Academy. Employee is also responsible for generating leads to help grow Virtual Academy.
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Law Enforcement/dispatch background preferred
Customer Service Experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

Build relationships and generate leads

Contact current Partners to maintain a positive relationship, with goals of 100% renewal rate.

Conduct Online Orientation for new partners

Keep data in the company’s Customer Relations Management system updated

Trouble shoot calls from site managers of our partner agencies

Attend conferences and training events as necessary to maintain positive relationships with Partners

Notify Partners when changes/updates happen to all Virtual Academy Product (s)

Testing of our Virtual Academy Product (s) when changes or updates are pending

Contact delinquent accounts to arrange payment

State reporting
-
Any other duties as assigned

Work Environment/Physical Requirements of the Job:
Office environment
Some travel
Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull and maneuver up to and including forty (40) to seventy-five (75) pounds occasionally.
